Here are a few Beauty and Health Tips that you might want to apply… I really forgot where did I get these tips, I just found it in my old notebook and thought of sharing it here. I don’t know if these tips were from Smart, I used to get a lot of text messages like this from them before.
Proper use of shampoo and conditioner:
1. If your hair is dry and brittle, wet hair then coat with light conditioner before shampooing.
2. Always apply conditioner from the ears down. NEVER condition the scalp. Do not over condition as it may cause the cuticle layer of hair to lift, making it brittle and leading to breakage.
Add Glow to your skin:
Apply honey on skin using your fingers. Make sure you apply a litle pressure while applying honey so it sticks to your skiin, thus making it more effective. DOn’t leave on skin for more than 10 minutes. Rinse with cold water. If you have sensitive sin, you might feel your skin turn a bit warm. This means honey is too strong for you. Just don’t leave it for more than 4 minutes.
Get rid of Blackheads:
1. Mix 1/4 cup of boiling water, 1 tsp. of salt and 3 drops of iodine
2. Let the misture cool till comfortable to touch.
3. Saturate clean cotton in the mixture.
4. Dab cotton on ares with blackheads. Wait for 2-3 minutes.
5. Wrap fingertips with clean cloth or tissue and slowly apply pressure on area beside the blackheads til it comes out. remeber: never use your bare fingertips or any sharp object as it may cause scarring and infection.
To minimize the pain and itch of a mosquito bite, wash the area with soap and water, then apply hydrogen peroxide. Scratching can be much more harmful than the actual bite and it may lead to scarring.
Actually, I haven’t tried all those tips yet (lol), so I don’t know if it works…

1Honey does have healing properties.
Another idea for a conditioning rinse is to soak a bag of tea in lukewarm water. The tannic acid in tea will help remove residue build-up in the hair and scalp.

3That’s an excellent way to get its health benefits without having to plan on taking capsules or tablets. Be aware that cooking it causes some of the nutritional value to be lost.
