Earned $100 in Google Adsense in just Two Weeks!
I first reached the minimum amount of $100 in Google Adsense last month, May 19, 2009. It took me a year to reach that amount but I was so happy to have earned $100 in Google Adsense in just two weeks and one day actually! Wow! This is already an achievement for me. I never thought that I coould earn this much, I hope I could maintain this every month or higher than this (crossing fingers, lol). Here’s a screenshot of my Google Adsense earnings.

I am really happy that I am still earning money online beside the fact that I haven’t got any job opportunites in writing paid post. I have an alternate source now, lol. Anyways, aside from Google Adsense, you can also monetize the traffic from your website. How? Try to join here:

I beg to disagree. I do not rely on the Hayden Kho magic for traffic. The kind of traffic that you get with scandals will not get you money out of Adsense because most of those who are looking for scandal videos do not care to click on ads. I earned $398 with adsense for the month of May alone. Last April I earned $202 in Adsense. Now, for the month of June, if things would remain as they are, i’d hit $400 to $500 one month earning. That earning is not dependent on the scandal video. The traffic I get is steady, it has been steady in the last three months. (By the way, i am talking about the earnings from four blogs–two are mine and two are my wife’s).

Pastilan is correct. Good content and sound SEO techniques are the way to go if you want to earn consistently in Google adsense.
And no, it’s not true that no one would earn that much without scandals. Quite a number of people earn from Google adsense (some even in the thousands) without resorting to scandals.
Admittedly though, scandals bring in a significant amount traffic and ad clicks but that’s just temporary.
Like what I said in the past, just be patient and continue writing quality posts. Keep your focus on the reason why you started blogging in the first place… and that is to write about the things that you are passionate about. Because when you do, the traffic and earnings will definitely follow.

7I agree with Kevin. That scandal is one of the reasons why there’s a big spike in our traffic and our earnings as well. It’s always nice to post something about a topic that is currently hot. And that scandal is one of the hottest thing nowadays. It’s a big magnet if you made a post about it because people will come to your site looking for it. BTW, congrats meiyah!

hehehe thank you for dropping by… hhmm… tyaga ka lang po and as what the other blogger’s previous comments, good content and sound SEO… hehehe.. kaya yan tyaga ka lang talaga magpost ng mga interesting topics and mga hot trends topics…
proper placing din sa ads and blending sa color sa ads… try to experiment on your ads, kung aling ad unit ang ngwowork sa syt mo… ayun… namention ko yan sa isang blog post ko hehehe…

Well, it was when I made a post about the hottest issue here in our country and people just keep on searching for that topic, so I generate a lot traffic from them…
I really don’t have any techniques though I tried to experiment with my ad placement and I guess the All in One SEO pack plugin is also a big help in optimizing keywords on my posts…
