Free Text to All Networks in Philippines Only

    December 13, 2008 // 5 Comments »

I have found a website where you can send free text messages to any networks here in the Philippines. Yeah, Free again, all you have to do is go to Katext, register for an account if you don’t have one yet and after that you’re ready to go! LOL. I have already tried texting there and it works.

Katext is like a social networking site too, where you can upload photos, personal blogs, real-time chat and even groups with their own discussion areas plus you’ll be able to send FREE text messages online. Cool right? By the way, you can add me as a friend there, meiyah is my username or you can view my Katext Profile.

Katext.info will be having their Christmas Party tonight at Avenetto Pizzaria in SM Mall of Asia, too bad I can’t be there… Members can avail free pizza, wow… But I just can’t go hahaha…

What to do when Your Screen’s Images Accidentally Turned into Vertical Position

    December 3, 2008 // 2 Comments »

What to do when your Screen’s Images Accidentally Turned into Vertical Position? Hmmm… It’s my first time to experience this, and it’s really hard to surf and use the MacBook when ALL the images, icons and ALL are into vertical position! Magka-stiff neck gyud kadugayan…

This happens to us a few months ago and just wanted to share it here… It happens when my cutie little niece had accidentally pressed some buttons on the keyboard of her dad’s MacBook. I guess she wanted to play Toonstown too because her older sister is playing it online. We didn’t know how she did it or what buttons she did pressed that our screen turned into Vertical Position (actually this is not the actual screen shot in our MacBook but the position looks like that one, Thanks to Janed for the Sample Photo, that’s her screen by the way, coz I don’t know which key to press for printscreen, igno kaayo haha).

That was my first time to use a MacBook, I tried to press different combinational keys on the keyboard but it didn’t work, searched on the interenet about it but can’t find any solutions online. Thanks to Janed for the help, good thing she was online at that time and helped me solved this problem. How did  we do it? It was just simple lang pala… Sa dihang! All you have to press is this:

CTRL + ALT + UP Arrow Key

…and problem solved! Our Screen’s back to normal again! Whew!

How Often Should You Feed Your Baby?

    October 11, 2008 // 1 Comment »

It may take a few weeks to get your baby on a “feeding schedule”. Most pediatricians will tell you to feed your new born as often as they demand it, usually every 2-3 hours day and night. Breast-fed babies may require more frequent feedings as breast milk is easier to digest than formula, therefore the baby will feel hungry more often. After about 6-8 weeks, this may change to every 4-5 hours.

    Gasoline Tips

    October 10, 2008 // 1 Comment »

Buy gasoline on the coldest time of the day – dawn or evening. It is in these times where the gas is very dense so you will get a more of volume of it.
